My use of yoodoo is way down, because I need a way to publish my acticity plans and accomplishments to my wife, who does not have adhd, nor procrastinatipn problems. I am forced to limp along with other tools that allow the publishing, but are very clumsy for me.

Hey Allan. Thanks for letting me know. Ok, let's make your wife happy and you more productive 😄. Quick question first, these other tools what do they allow you to share? For example your plan for the day? This way I can work out a quick way for Yoodoo to do this

Sorry to be so slow responding! I know the perfect feature set for me, and the hinge points are (1) I really only need her to see the status of specific tasks that I choose to share with her because she is interested in them. Otherwise she gets annoyed if is hard to find those among my other tasks. (2) It is much more important to show her the ones that I have put into my timeline. (3) I want her to see status, ie completed or not. Or maybe get notified of completion of those tasks.
So, for me the feature set that lives in my head is (1) A way to mark a task as being part of a cohort of tasks to be shared with group-of-people X. (2) A way of specifying how the cohort of tasks for group-of-people X is to be shared, like CALDAV, or GoogleCalendarAPI, or your own Yoodoo specific viewer (maybe allowing group-of-people members to comment?). Whatever is available. (3) Golden optional feature, any single task can be tagged for sharing in multiple groups-of-people, and any cohort of tasks for a particular group-of-people can be shared in multiple ways.
This is a feature set that I would be willing to pay a premium subscription fee for atop my lifetime subscription.

Ok, so i’m gonna work on a feature to make it possible to share your timeline with other people, and possibly tasklists too. Also to be able to share individual tasks and day templates so others can copy them into their own Yoodoo for use. I’ll trial an MVP of this late March and see how it goes down. If successful I can build it out a bit more. Let’s see. Thanks Allan.

Hey Allan..so we launched a feature to help share lists on Yoodoo a few months back. On android you can now share your day with friends/groups, and then at the end of the day share the status of what was completed or not. It sits at the bottom of the timeline at the start of the day and it appears on the status bar after you 'make your daily plan'. Is really cool, and helps you stay accountable to others. Let me know if useful.

And integrate with CalDAV standard for better compatibility-not everyone wants to be tethered to google, Microsoft or even Apple. Thanks!
