Add Eisenhower Matrix
Start by creating a box and dividing it into four squares.
Label the x-axis as Urgent and Not Urgent and label the y-axis as Important and Not Important.
Divide tasks between the four boxes.
Tasks in the Important-and-Urgent quadrant should be addressed as soon as possible.

Thanks for this Jien. So you can actually do this already with ‘lists’ - I had it before but removed it. Just create a new list and give it 4 sections, urgent, important etc, then assign tasks to each section as you please. That way you have an instant Eisenhower matrix. Does that help?

Thank you for the suggestion.
I can see a difference though:
I have my tasks in various lists (categories) relating to different areas of my life, for example, Family, Work, Me, Car, House, Finance.
When I look at my tasks and I need to prioritize, I would have to move them out of their lists into this new one and so they would lose their categorization, which is actually helpful to keep track of. As I see it, the four quadrants of Important-Urgent, Important-Not Urgent, Not Important-Urgent, Not Important-Not Urgent are the combination of two characteristics of each task.
In other words, tasks belong to categories (lists) but the importance and the urgency are properties of the tasks.
I also think that the relationship between lists (categories) and tasks is likely one-to-many (although I could argue that it could be a many-to-many relationship), whereas the relationship between tasks and importance is one-to-one and between tasks and urgency is also one-to-one.
What do you think?

So maybe I can create an ‘Eisenhower’ view in ‘All lists’ (I think i’m gonna rename ‘Lists’ to ‘Categories’ - it sounds much better).
I know ticktick do this quite well.
Fundamentally the issue here is knowing what to prioritise from a plethora of tasks across all categories (lists).
What I can do is allow you to assign ‘urgency’ to tasks on creation, and then make it easy for you to quickly view these categories in one place, and change if needed.
Let me work out how to do that :)
