Should a task not be completed in one go, make it possible to add a note and defer/get a reminder on where to continue from where you have left off. make this really obvious and simple.
Ok, so this is being built and is set for a June release, possibly earlier if there is demand for it.
So when a user completes a task, ask them if they want to add an instant follow up task. This way they can plan ahead based on what they have just completed, and keep that pace moving forward. No AI here, just a simple ‘what needs to happen next?’ question.
