House Project List enhancement

Home project renovations, though this could be used for anything that the 3 additional factors are at play. Time and Money and Priority.

List tasks you want to work on the house, when applicable add the time it will take to accomplish and the cost. This is not meant to be tasks that will get done on a repeatable process. Could be used for things like car restoration, etc.

Ex.

Task 1: Replace window trim Kitchen. 4 hours : $100 materials : Priority LOW

Task 2: Replace front door. 8 hours : $1200 : Medium

Task 3: Run ethernet cable to shed. 16 hours: : $400 : High

Goal - ask what should I work on this weekend, I have $1000 saved up and a few hours of free time. Provide what can definitely be done, provide what's a stretch. Ask what's the cheapest tasks I can do around the house, or quickest projects. Maybe show me what's most important.

Just brainstorming these. Potential for add-ons to normal tasks lists because cost is tied to many things we don't think of. Something as easy as change airfilter HVAC will have a cost. I don't want normal Task lists getting overly complicated, but if it's an additional field that can be optional there's potential to fine tune what's there.
