Plan tomorrow today

I find it helpful to prepare ahead - I plan tomorrow at the end of today. Particularly for work but occasionally at home too.

If I've got a lot of heavy mental/focus load tasks (meetings, reports, data entry as opposed to support planning, client calls, etc), I need to not be surprised, I need to know how important it is that I'm on the ball tomorrow in time to rest beforehand.
