Schedule app blockers or attach app blockers to specific tasks/blocks

I would like more control over when app blocking starts and ends.

Currently, app blocking can be started manually as a focus mode for a set duration. What I would find much more useful is the ability to either:

  1. Schedule an app blocker in advance, e.g. “block Instagram, TikTok, YouTube from 8:30 to 10:30”

  2. Attach an app blocker to a specific task or time block, so the blocker automatically runs while that task/block is active

Example:

Morning routine
8:30–10:30
Blocked apps: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

or:

Task: Laundry + cleaning block
Duration: 90 min
Blocked apps: Instagram, YouTube
Start blocker automatically when task starts
Stop blocker when task ends

Why this matters:

For focus and ADHD support, the hard part is often not deciding to block apps manually, but having the blocker already connected to the period where focus is needed. If app blocking has to be started manually each time, it becomes another step to remember.

Suggested behaviour:

Add an option inside a task or time block:

Enable app blocker during this task
Choose blocked apps
Start automatically when task starts
End when task is completed or time runs out

A simpler version would be scheduled blocking:

Block selected apps from [start time] to [end time]
Repeat: never / daily / weekdays / custom

The task-linked version would be ideal, but scheduled blocking would already be very useful.
